Haas and Brighton University have already seen the benefit of running a real time event leaderboard.
Haas Racing and IMG Live needed a live leaderboard to show participants at a recent event their times on a racing simulator.
They turned to Rise to use the Rise TV leaderboard to update the scores via the web and see the leaderboard update on the big screen.
The event was a roaring success and everyone could see how they were fairing on the leaderboard, it felt like they were racing for real.
At the Mahara UK conference, Brighton Universities Katie Piatt wanted to add a game element to the conference.
Katie used Rise's simple leaderboard tool to update scores for her attendees and show a big leaderboard of progress to everyone throughout the day.
According to her case study, the gamification engaged 17% more delegates than she would normally have expected.
The service is paid for on a monthly basis and Scorebook prices vary according to the number of users ("players") on your Scorebook. You can stop whenever you like.
We have customers from around the world, all payments are in UK Pound Sterling via credit card.
Prices do not include VAT which may be payable by UK and EU individuals and companies.
Designers and Developers
You can create a custom theme so you can make your leaderboard look exactly as you want it when displayed on the big screen.
Note that there is a requirement to show the rise.global brand as the trusted app that powers the Scorebook - everything else is up to you.

The competition element of the leaderboard was used to encourage people to keep tweeting. The hashtag ‘#vmablogfast’ was trending top in Australia, and even trended in the top ten internationally on the day! This was very exciting for us

Rise provides many display options making it easy to embed the leaderboard on the website, link to it, project on the main stage etc. which gave it high visibility
